Individual Coaching
Individual coaching is designed to support the young person to reach their full potential by tackling specific challenges and achieving meaningful goals. I create a calm, safe, and supportive space where they can explore feelings, build confidence, and take charge of their growth. Each session is tailored to their unique needs, helping them develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles, enhancing emotional well-being, and fostering long-term success.
When assessing young people for coaching, it it normal for me to use a holistic framework that looks at the development and emotional needs. This assessment is not about labeling or diagnosing but about understanding their unique patters of behaviour and challenges. This approach allows us to create a clear, personalised action plan to provide the right support and tools for their journey.
Length: Up to an hour per session.
Time: Varies based on need.
Cost: £60 per session.
Group / Class Sessions
Group workshops are designed to cultivate wellbeing, growth, and resilience, making them ideal for schools and community groups. Each session usually focuses on a key aspect of emotional health, with the flexibility to build on previous workshops for an ongoing journey of development.
Participants will leave each session with practical tools to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing, enhancing self-esteem, managing anxiety and anger, and building trust and respect. The group dynamic fosters connection, compassion, and concentration, allowing individuals to support one another and strengthen their social communication skills. These workshops create a safe space for personal growth, helping participants develop the confidence and resilience needed to thrive.
Length: Usually an hour per session.
Time: Standalone workshop or weekly for a term.
Cost: £90 per session / £490 per six weeks.
Drawing and Talking Therapy
Drawing and Talking Therapy is a short-term, time-limited, pro-active therapeutic intervention designed to complement, rather than replace, the work of specialist mental health services. This gentle, non-intrusive approach provides a safe space for individuals to process emotional pain and trauma through a creative, non-directed technique. By using drawing as a means of expression, this therapy helps unlock and heal deep-seated emotions, promoting wellbeing and resilience.
No noises. No distractions. Just a half hour of creative therapy.
Length: 30 mins per session.
Time: Strictly 12 weeks.
Cost: £540 per programme.
Family & Small Charity Sessions
Wellbeing support is often most effective in familiar settings, such as the home, in Scout groups, or youth club. One-off wellbeing workshops or a series of them over a term can be a great treat, tailoring sessions to your needs. Scout and Guide groups can discuss badge requirements with me so that I aim to cover these, and I’ll do my best to make these relevant. Additionally, I offer support during events like sleepovers, helping with pre-bedtime wind-down to promote relaxation and emotional wellbeing.
Length: Between 1-2 hours per session.
Time: Standalone workshop or weekly sessions.
Cost: From £60 per family/£50 for charities.
Storytelling Workshops
Storytelling is a timeless art that has been passed down through generations, from ancient cave dwellers to modern-day communities. It’s a powerful way for individuals and groups to have fun, express themselves, and ignite their imaginations.
These workshops blend creative activities with either non-judgmental performance or writing exercises, tailored to the needs of the group. Whether as a one-off activity or part of a longer-term programme, participants will explore their stories, unlock hidden potential, and build confidence. Storytelling not only nurtures creativity but also helps to overcome personal blocks, fostering self-expression in a supportive, enjoyable environment.
Length: Usually 60-90 mins.
Time: Standalone workshop or weekly for a term.
